Did You Know...

When you exercise, toxins are excreted from your body through your respiration and sweat - and through urination. So, to maximize your health daily, or while exercising - drink your water to help facilitate this process!!! Help your body take care of itself. The same applies for losing weight - you lose weight the same way. We take in toxins daily through the air we breathe, the non-organic food we eat, the chemicals we are exposed to...so be sure you exercise daily and take in organic, nutritionally dense foods. Find an activity you love and move it!
